Before scheduling your try out, you must fill out an application to get into our clan. So we ask that you follow the layout below.


* The Name you will be using in game.

* The Name you will be using If you join the Mafia
* Names of other clans you have been involved with if any.

* For Counter Strike Source people your STEAM_ID is needed.

* Which program and username you prefer to chat with. ( We prefer xfire, or steam friends)

* Which Timezone You live in.

* Your Age (Must Be 13 To Join)

* Will you stay active in the forums and servers.

* Will you attend Clan events.

* Anything else you think we should no about you.



Also you must have read and understood our rules.

HeadShot Mafia Clan does not just take members on there skill, its how they act and are respected in the servers, we feel that is most important.

To obtain your STEAM_ID , join our server and type in console *status* And Give us the line.
